agrees to when ordering through the realms.

Crafting & Creation Time
Every Honey Wick candle is hand-poured in small, intentional batches using natural waxes and Storyborne essential oils.
Standard orders: 5–7 business days.
Custom / Once Upon Your Wick creations: 7–14 business days.
If a realm is particularly busy, the Realmkeeper will send word. -
Shipping Through the Realms
Candles travel through trusted carriers with tracking provided. Typical travel time is 3–5 business days. Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses are beyond realm magic, but if your package seems lost, email the Realmkeeper – she will help guide it home. -
Returns, Exchanges & Replacements
Because every candle is handcrafted with intention, all sales are final. However, if a candle arrives damaged or defective, notify the Realmkeeper within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. Once approved, a replacement will be sent at no cost to you. The Honey Wick believes in standing behind every glow. -
Glow With Care – Candle Safety
Snip the wick ¼ inch before each flicker. Never leave your glow unattended. Keep away from curious hands, flowing fabrics, and heat-sensitive surfaces. Let the story flicker no more than 4 hours at a time. -
Allergy & Sensitivity Notes
All candles use pure natural beeswax and essential oils. If you are sensitive to botanicals, plant essences, or fragrance, please review scent notes or write to the Realmkeeper for guidance before ordering. -
Custom Orders & Once Upon Your Wick
Custom and story-crafted orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin, with the remaining balance due before shipping. Once materials are purchased or your story-scent has begun its creation, no cancellations may be made. Custom magic cannot be undone once it begins to glow. -
Lore, Artwork & Realm Rights
All characters, stories, candle realms, artwork, and lore belong to The Honey Wick and Montana Rayne, the Realmkeeper. They may not be copied, resold, or used in other creations without written permission.

Every candle from The Honey Wick is crafted in small batches using pure beeswax and essential oils only — never synthetic fragrance. This gentle way of making allows each candle to hold a fresh, true scent, a luminous texture, and a glow that feels beautifully alive from its very first light.
Beeswax has long been cherished for more than its golden radiance. When burned, it is believed to release negative ions that bind to airborne particles like dust and pollen, softly supporting a cleaner-feeling atmosphere in your space — a quiet, natural purity you can feel as the flame flickers.
Because we honor nature in its truest form, our candles may gently evolve over time. You may notice subtle shifts in color, a delicate bloom across the surface, or a scent that grows softer after many months.
